These terms govern your use of VolePlay - Volleyball AI.

1) Product scope

VolePlay provides volleyball discovery tools: AI chat guidance, club browsing, and league exploration. The service is made for informational use and user convenience.

2) AI answers and reliability boundaries

AI output is generated through a third-party model stack (OpenAI GPT mini with search integration). Responses can be helpful and fast, but they may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or imperfect.

Users should independently verify critical facts before making decisions based on AI-generated content.

3) Third-party services used in the app

VolePlay uses Singular and OneSignal as operational partners. These services support attribution, measurement, and push notifications.

VolePlay also uses AI generation infrastructure through OpenAI GPT mini with search. Only the text required for generating a response is transmitted for this purpose.

4) User behavior rules

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service stability, or submit unlawful content through app interactions.

5) Data and user-to-user communications

VolePlay does not function as a direct user-to-user messaging platform. The service does not provide peer chat where users transmit personal data to each other.

6) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy. The developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use.

7) Updates to terms

Terms may be updated over time to reflect product changes, technical updates, or legal requirements. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
