Onboarding, once
Before the first analysis you set primary sport, training level, fitness goal, preferred sleep duration, and age group. The coach uses that map every morning instead of interviewing you again.

Nightly observation, daily training
An AI recovery coach that does not invent random plans. It reads last night, weighs your profile, looks at today’s session, and tells you whether the body is actually ready.
A closed night
Most fitness apps start with a plan and hope the body cooperates. Stars Sport starts with sleep, computes duration and debt on the device, then asks the AI one focused question: how should today move?
The artifact
After the analysis, Stars Sport builds a full HTML card inside the app: score from 0 to 100, today’s star rating, a recovery verdict, and a plain-language call on whether the planned session should stay, lighten, or safely climb.
Sample card
Readiness score
Sleep 8h 15m · Debt −1h 20m · Running · Medium
Keep the session, make it lighter, or let intensity rise without guessing.
The unusual part: the coach also names tonight’s best window from current debt and tomorrow’s expected work.
Pin the day in the Journal and reopen the original card weeks later, unchanged.
Why it exists
The model sees bedtime, wake time, planned workout, and the profile you set once — not a blank form every morning.
A 0–100 readiness number and a star rating sit on the same card, so progress is visible without opening a spreadsheet.
Duration and accumulated debt are calculated on the device before anything is sent for analysis.
Tonight is part of the same loop as this morning. Close the night so tomorrow’s score is not a surprise.
From Rookie to All-Star
Every finished day can be stored with its readiness card, sleep duration, stars, training type, and historical debt. Open any saved night and the original report is still there — useful when weeks start to rhyme.
Before the first analysis you set primary sport, training level, fitness goal, preferred sleep duration, and age group. The coach uses that map every morning instead of interviewing you again.
When the season changes, update sport, level, goal, sleep need, age group, and notification preferences. The next readiness pass picks up the new settings automatically.
End of the chart
Build the habit in small orbits: log the sleep, read the card, adjust the session, protect tonight. Healthier days stack into longer streaks and a league rank that actually means recovered work, not empty volume.
